Bowen Island, is a another popular destination for hiking. A ferry
boat runs hourly from Horseshoe Bay to Snug Cove (seen in this photograph).
Many locals now commute from Bowen Island to work in downtown Vancouver.
Bowen Island is located in Howe Sound, northwest of Vancouver city
centre.
